THE ISSUE

Farrow & Ball wanted a comprehensive IP strategy, which not only tailored with their 5 year plan, but which developed their worldwide trade mark coverage and dealt with other issues the business faced.

 

HOW WE ACHIEVED OUR CLIENT’S GOAL

After conducting a comprehensive review of their business interviewing key stakeholders establishing the global strategy of the business, we created and implemented a comprehensive intellectual property strategy, which included creating internal guides and policies, registering Farrow & Ball’s rights on a worldwide basis and conducting enforcement programmes against infringing uses, which dovetailed with the global commercial strategy and so materially aided its achievement.
